Žižkovské pavlače

Atlantis Development, s.r.o. has successfully completed the pre-investment preparation for the Žižkovské pavlače project. In November 2017, the project as a whole was sold to investors. The pre-investment preparation took place from 2015 to 2017 and included the acquisition of land and buildings, preparation of project documents and engineering, development of the energy concept and realtor work geared towards the future sale of residential and commercial space.
